NARASIMHA PONNA

Narasimha Ponna is a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He graduated from Sathyabama University, Chennai, in 2018. Following his graduation, he underwent rigorous safety training in Hyderabad, which equipped him with the expertise to excel in high-stakes projects.

Notably, Narasimha has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in managing large-scale projects, including the 2x800 MW NTPC Ramagundam project, where he successfully synchronized both units, and the 2x660 MW USTPP Udangudi project, where he achieved synchronization of one unit. His leadership approach emphasizes team empowerment, guidance, and a collaborative environment, with a focus on monitoring progress, providing coaching, and aligning teams with organizational goals.

Under his leadership, Narmada Engineering Works has seen significant growth and success. Narasimha's ability to balance technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills has been instrumental in building a cohesive team and driving projects to completion.
